#7 - Bernice Wilson - The Importance Of Speaking Up When You Feel You Can't

Alex Castle

Bernice Wilson was a Team GB sprinter with hopes of making an impact at the London 2012 Olympic Games. These hopes were shattered when, in 2011, she became the first British athlete in history to receive the maximum 4-year ban for doping.

We talk about the dark arts of the athletics scene, the truth behind her multiple bans, and how she's cleared her name and gone on to become the only member of UK Anti-Doping's committee of athletes to have served a ban.
